Is there any way to find a stolen Ipad if I didn?t set up MobileMe on it before it was stolen?

So my ipad was stolen last week and I didn?t have MobileMe set up on it (not out of negligence, I could just never get the verification email to send to my email to set up the icloud) Is there ANY way to track it without MobileMe? I have the serial number and the iPad WAS synced to my iphone and computer before It was stolen? Please and thank you!
